At WINS Scrub Business, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Items must be in their original packaging with tags attached
- Proof of purchase is required
Please note: Due to hygiene standards, worn or washed medical scrubs cannot be returned.
Return Process
To request a return:
- Contact us at styles@wearwins.co.uk
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Wait for return approval and instructions
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the refund status.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing (depending on your bank)
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:
- Incorrect sizes
- Defective items
- Wrong items received
Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the item, and we will assist you.
Non-Returnable Items
